At Purpose in Her Pause™, every item is made especially for you. Because our products are created on demand, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or incorrect size selection.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We want you to love your order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the problem

Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, we will work to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Sizing

Because each item is made to order, we cannot offer returns or exchanges when an incorrect size is ordered. Please review the size information provided on the product page carefully before placing your order.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are submitted for fulfillment shortly after they are placed. Because production may begin quickly, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after it has been submitted.

If you notice an error with your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.

Returns

Please do not mail products back without contacting Purpose in Her Pause™ first. Unauthorized returns may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
