Purpose in Her Pause™ Shipping Policy
Purpose in Her Pause™ products are made to order with care. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, please allow time for both fulfillment and shipping.
Order Processing & Fulfillment
Orders are sent to production shortly after they are placed. Fulfillment times may vary depending on the product, order volume, and availability.
Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when tracking is available.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and shipping destination. You will have an opportunity to review your shipping costs before completing your purchase.
Delivery Times
Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible.
Because orders may enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been submitted for fulfillment.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and details about the issue. We will review the situation and work with our fulfillment partner to determine the appropriate resolution.
International Orders
International shipping availability and rates are displayed at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. When applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
